This can be used for any questions (e.g. order queries, delivery, new shipments, etc.)

1. For any wholesale purchases, a minimum of 15 metres per fabric is required.

2. For exclusivity of a certain fabric, the total meterage available must be purchased.

3. The original manufacturer's identity remains confidential after the sale.

4. All orders will be cut, packed and, as standard, folded. If you would like it on a roll, shipping prices will increase accordingly- please contact us to discuss your options.

5. The nature of deadstock fabric is such that there are often defects, damaged pieces, or shortage of meterage. Or, it may not be one continuous piece of fabric (i.e. come in 2/3 pieces). In these cases, you will be consulted as to whether the order can still be fulfilled.

6. If your order subtotal (i.e. without shipping cost) is more than £300, the option of payment with credit is available to you:
£300-£1000: 14 days credit
£1000+: 30 days credit

7. Once orders have been cut to size, we are unable to accept cancellations.

8. Our fabrics are checked thoroughly for quality issues mentioned above (see 5.). If any issues are discovered upon arrival, we will gladly offer compensation, please get in contact with us.
