Shipping Policy for Rainbow Fabrics

At Rainbow Fabrics, we are committed to getting your beautiful fabrics to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is our standard shipping policy for orders placed through rainbowfabrics.co.uk.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if applicable.

Note:  Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

Delivery Areas

  • United Kingdom: We ship to all addresses within the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the UK. We are working on expanding our services to international customers soon.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable couriers (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD) to ensure your fabric arrives in perfect condition. The specific carrier for your order will be confirmed in your shipping notification email.

Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery via the courier’s website.

Important Information

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Rainbow Fabrics cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Lost or Damaged Items: While we take great care in packaging your orders, if your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact our support team at hello@rainbowfabrics.co.uk within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue for you.

  • Delayed Delivery: During busy periods or holidays, delivery may take slightly longer than estimated. We appreciate your patience.
